About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage forward-pricing rates, overhead budgets, and SG&A costs for the C3ISR division
  • Analyze Sector cost accumulation and allocation processes across divisions
  • Budget, track, and report finance headcount and costs in the division
  • Manage SG&A costing and roll up costs for division-level analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Communicate SG&A, budget, and rates reporting to sector leadership
  • Use FAR and CAS standards to analyze and review incurred costs through submission and audit of incurred cost proposals
  • Establish department budgets for FPRP preparation, DCMA/DCAA audit defense, and internal and external cost-monitoring reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of prior related experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience with both FAR and CAS for analysis and review of incurred costs through submission and audit of incurred cost proposals
  • Minimum 1 year experience with indirect rate structures including multiple overhead pools, TCI G&A, Value Added G&A, abated fringe, and treatment and allocation of intermediate overhead pools
  • Minimum 1 year experience reviewing and advising on CAS410 and CAS403 disclosure statement submission, audit, and defense
  • Minimum 1 year experience with SG&A costing and roll up of costs for analysis, forecasting, and reporting at the division level
  • Minimum 1 year experience establishing multiple department budgets for FPRP preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA, and cost monitoring reporting
  • Minimum 1 year experience with 3FF process for distribution of allocated costs
  • Minimum 1 year experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to proactively solve complex problems in a timely manner
