About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and continuously improve learning operations, including training governance, audit support, learning system administration, and related operational priorities
- Administer and optimize learning management system activities, including course deployment, completion tracking, transcript management, certification monitoring, issue resolution, and system support
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs
- Analyze learning operations processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service-quality solutions
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across systems
- Produce, analyze, and communicate recurring and ad hoc reports and metrics on learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, validating training records, interpreting requirements, and helping ensure organizational readiness
- Recommend and support learning technology enhancements through testing, validation, implementation, and process refinement
- Establish and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation for standardized learning operations
- Resolve learner and stakeholder issues while balancing service, compliance, and business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Learning Management System administration experience; SuccessFactors Learning preferred
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience creating online learning content; familiarity with Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with reporting tools and interpret training data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
