About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the established Cloud & Infrastructure contract recruitment desk
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief through offer
- Support clients and candidates with term negotiation and offer-stage package management
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn
- Ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards
- Monitor industry trends and share market insights
- Collaborate with the senior permanent recruiter and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or change space
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management
- Confidence sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and build trust
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Proactive approach to personal and shared targets
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Bullhorn experience is a plus
- Understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices
