About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the customer portfolio by establishing and managing partnerships with local authorities and associations in the Bordeaux area and surrounding regions.
  • Represent La Mutuelle Familiale and promote its products and solutions to local decision-makers within local authorities, associations, and companies.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with local organizations.
  • Organize and host advice sessions at partner organizations.
  • Participate in local events and organize on-the-ground promotional activities, group information meetings, and other events.
  • Manage prospects across multiple channels: in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Prepare sales proposals, present and negotiate them, and follow them through to completion of the sale.
  • Conduct direct prospecting and promote individual and group insurance products.
  • Contribute to competitor monitoring within the assigned geographic area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a higher-education degree and/or have significant experience in business development.
  • Ability to negotiate with local stakeholders and establish partnerships.
  • Ability to conduct in-person and telephone sales interviews.
  • Strong command of the various stages of a sales interview.
  • Experience conducting telephone prospecting campaigns and following up with leads.
  • Ability to plan and manage your work independently.
  • Adaptability and persuasiveness.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • A strong desire to take on challenges, dynamism, and excellent interpersonal skills.
