About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Welcome and advise prospects and members to acquire new health and insurance protection contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a two-year post-secondary qualification and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in customer relations and/or business development
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and advisory techniques
  • Proficiency with IT tools, including CRM and management software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thorough
  • Strong team spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
