About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent La Mutuelle Familiale and promote its products and solutions to local decision-makers within local authorities, associations, and companies
  • Establish and manage partnerships with local organizations
  • Organize and host information sessions at partner organizations
  • Participate in local events and organize on-site promotional activities
  • Manage multichannel prospect and member interactions (in person, by phone, and by email)
  • Prepare sales proposals, present and negotiate them, and follow them through to completion of the sale
  • Conduct direct prospecting and promote individual and group products
  • Contribute to competitive monitoring within the geographic area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a higher-education qualification and/or have significant experience in business development
  • Negotiate with local stakeholders and maintain active partnerships
  • Conduct in-person and telephone sales interviews
  • Master the various stages of the sales process and lead sales interviews, both in person and by phone
  • Conduct telephone prospecting campaigns and follow-up calls
  • Plan and manage your activities independently
  • Demonstrate adaptability and persuasion skills
  • Take initiative and make proactive recommendations
  • Enjoy challenges and demonstrate energy and excellent interpersonal skills
