About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret specifications provided by the Project Design Manager in the Operational Specifications Document (OSD)
Create or revise customized test requisitions and collection kit specifications
Attend internal calls as a Subject Matter Expert for Project Initiation
Provide necessary information to Project Managers
Provide regular status updates to Project Management and Client Services leadership on setup progress
Translate client requirements into actionable steps for problem-solving and issue resolution
Interface with internal functional departments to complete or assist with database setup
Communicate study needs to meet client expectations
Liaise with colleagues to confirm completion of setup-related tasks
Perform additional related tasks supporting departmental and organizational goals
Work primarily at a desk using computers and headphones for conference calls
Communicate via phone, video, and email

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university and minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Associate's degree (A.S.) and minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
High School Diploma and minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute for the listed education and experience
Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail, planning, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent listening and verbal comprehension skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
Ability to write business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to present information and respond to managers' questions
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to adhere to established timelines, processes, and procedures
Clinical research or Project Management experience preferred
Minimal travel required
