About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with order management, revenue, and corporate finance teams to understand deal structures and ensure customer billing schedules and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics
Work with customers and the Labelbox sales team to resolve billing and collections issues
Review aged receivables weekly and provide feedback on past-due accounts
Report weekly invoicing totals, aging totals, cash receipts, and invoice adjustments
Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue
Implement the dunning process in QuickBooks Online
Create and streamline billing and collections processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc forecasting reports
Assist with general financial management and analysis
Assist the accounting team with month-end accruals and account reconciliations
Report to the Senior Accounting Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred)
General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred
Experience with end-to-end Accounts Receivable
Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices
Experience with ERP systems, particularly QuickBooks Online and SaaSOptics, preferred
Software/SaaS billing experience
Ability to work with sales teams and educate them on accounts receivable policies
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
Strong organizational, teamwork, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to maintain confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to multitask and respond to requests in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with deadlines and continued completion of them
