About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an LMS administrator by uploading and organizing content, assisting customers with the ecommerce platform to purchase courses and resolving billing or access issues
- Run reports, troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate course data, support end users, and optimize the LMS to enhance training accessibility and engagement
- Maintain the annual training schedule in collaboration with trainers, customers, and venues
- Coordinate and plan training events within budget and time constraints
- Organize virtual webinars, hybrid platforms, and physical venues, including scheduling, material distribution, catering, and lodging
- Collaborate on the production and delivery of training materials and promotional items
- Gather course-evaluation feedback and compile meaningful reports
- Design, develop, update, and maintain eLearning and enablement solutions using the ADDIE model, design thinking, and adult learning principles
- Create interactive eLearning, videos, instructor-led content, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance-support tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct needs and gap analyses, define learning objectives, and translate technical information into effective learning experiences
- Research state training-certification requirements across the country
- Maintain the course catalog and training marketing materials
- Prepare promotional campaigns through a digital email-marketing platform
- Adhere to and update the Training Program Process Manual
- Maintain records for IACET accreditation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of work-related experience
- Experience coordinating event logistics across multiple audiences
- Experience managing budgets in a training coordination context
- Proficiency with LMS administration, training databases, and registration platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Knowledge of training certification requirements or continuing-education compliance
- Experience analyzing course evaluations, turning feedback into actionable reports, and managing deadlines in a training coordination context
- Instructional Design, Design Thinking, Project Management, and assessment certifications such as Kirkpatrick are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Education is preferred
