About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, track, and own metrics across the apps, including activation, retention, monetization, and LTV
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by product, marketing, and leadership
  • Analyze onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, and the impact of product changes
  • Analyze user behavior and funnels to identify drop-offs, opportunities, and root causes
  • Translate raw data into hypotheses and prioritized recommendations for the product roadmap
  • Support new app launches with early-signal analysis and validation
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing to ship and iterate quickly
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in a quantitative or technical field: Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or similar
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, ideally in a consumer app or subscription business
  • Strong SQL and a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation
  • Fluency with product metrics such as retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, and CAC
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools (for example Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau)
  • A product mindset: you don't just report the numbers, you ask why and suggest what to do next
  • High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action
  • Comfort working with founders and product teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong use of AI tools to speed up your workflow
  • An eye for good UI/UX and well-crafted product experiences
  • Clear, structured communicator who can turn complex data into simple stories and recommendations
  • Experience in mobile apps, subscription products, or growth teams
  • Experience supporting 0-to-1 product launches
  • Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments
