About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Public Water Systems Director with application submissions and coordination of construction and operating permits
- Assist the Regulatory and Compliance Director with public water system compliance monitoring by obtaining laboratory quotes, scheduling courier pickups, and shipping sampling supplies
- Assist the Public Water Systems Manager in monitoring compliance project status with third-party laboratories
- Review and enter laboratory and field monitoring data and process compliance reports
- Assist with preparing and submitting drinking water reports to state and federal regulatory agencies
- Maintain public water system regulatory requirements with the Environmental Group Compliance Team
- Produce iChlor® Remediation Reports and iChlor® Hybrid Reports
- Provide guidance and training to the Sales Team on public water system compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Current and valid Driver’s License
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
- Up to 30% travel required
- Preferred: B.S. in Science or Engineering or B.A. in Environmental Sciences
- Preferred: Experience with MS Office
- Preferred: Drinking Water Operator License
- Preferred: Educational background and/or prior professional experience related to municipal drinking water systems, EPA Safe Drinking Water Act, and waterborne pathogens such as Legionella bacteria
- Preferred: Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferred: Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
