About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess the company and its teams to identify AI opportunities
Analyze existing workflows and processes
Speak with teams to identify time-consuming activities and opportunities for automation
Develop ideas for more efficient and intelligent ways of working
Develop AI workflows using n8n, OpenAI, Claude, and other AI technologies
Build AI agents capable of handling tasks autonomously
Connect APIs, databases, tools, and different systems
Develop and implement functional solutions that are genuinely used in practice
Research and test new AI models, tools, and technologies
Set up AI servers and custom AI environments
Experiment with self-hosting and local AI models
Compare different LLMs
Experiment with databases, APIs, and technical integrations
Present new AI tools and workflows to teams
Conduct short training sessions and workshops
Explain the practical benefits of AI
Support the rollout of developed solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for AI
Curiosity and willingness to try new technologies
Ability to work independently and develop your own ideas
Enjoyment of solving technical problems
Perseverance and willingness to learn from setbacks
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly
Initial experience with n8n, Python, JavaScript, LLMs, APIs, Docker, Supabase, or AI agents is a plus, but not required
A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or another field is welcome, but is not a mandatory qualification
