About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses tracking pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance
Extract and transform data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms
Run routine data audits and validation checks to identify gaps and inconsistencies
Partner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs and troubleshoot data issues
Deliver timely insights
Document reporting processes
Support tool maintenance
Improve how data is built and shared

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field
High proficiency in Excel, including Power Query
Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
Hands-on experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform
Demonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows
Reliable home office setup
Self-directed work habits
Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations or working alongside sales and marketing teams
Preferred: Familiarity with data lake environments or enterprise data extraction processes
Preferred: Exposure to documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations
