About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with Laminar’s founders to connect financial insight with company-shaping decisions.
- Own the operating model.
- Help determine where capital goes.
- Play a central role in the next fundraise, including narrative, data room, and diligence.
- Build the financial model connecting sales, deployment capacity, engineering investment, and cash requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and management reporting.
- Understand account and deployment economics and evaluate investments in new markets and capabilities.
- Take selected strategic initiatives from business case through launch.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, investing, or startup operations.
- Ability to build a rigorous financial model, explain its meaning, and use it to make decisions.
- Desire for responsibility beyond analysis.
- Two professional references are requested, ideally one from your current organization and one who served as your Manager.
- Background check if an offer is extended.
