Key responsibilities & impact

Improve how complex construction projects are run by deploying Oracle Construction Systems
Apply planning and project controls expertise to help deliver projects on time and on budget
Build expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera Unifier
Contribute to system implementation plans and drive software configuration and adoption
Design and configure scalable, optimized, fit-for-purpose Oracle solutions
Engage project stakeholders and help them adopt new processes and tools
Support software sales by demonstrating the value of Oracle systems to potential clients
Work across projects, contribute to system sales, shape internal processes, and participate in business development
Develop personally and professionally while helping clients and colleagues improve
Adapt focus across Oracle systems, project controls, planning, and digital transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in a planning or project controls role in construction, infrastructure, or a related industry
Fluent Polish speaker (native or bilingual proficiency)
Proficient written and verbal English
Strong communication skills; ability to convey messages clearly, motivate teams, and lead meetings effectively
Kind and empathetic active listener, capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback
Proactive ownership of tasks, thoughtful questioning, and critical thinking
Track record of making projects and organisations better beyond the basics
Experience in sales and/or implementation of Oracle Systems (OPC, Primavera Unifier), Primavera P6 planning, Power BI analytics, cost management, or project management (nice to have; training provided)
Charisma, influence, and presence to get construction people to adopt new approaches (nice to have)
Experience mentoring or supporting the development of others (nice to have)
Track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions with significant positive impact (nice to have)
