About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review incoming service requests and prepare for customer visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a service organization related to machine building or experience with industrial automation
  • Knowledge of servo drives
  • Knowledge of robot software, such as KUKA, FANUC, and ABB
  • Knowledge of PLC programming, such as Siemens, Rockwell, and B&R
  • Knowledge and experience analyzing and solving mechatronic and electrical issues
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Isah
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Decisiveness
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Responsibility and autonomy
