Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development and implementation of corporate strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and competitive dynamics
Assess and refine strategies in response to evolving business conditions
Partner with the Economic Research team on competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and customer insights
Translate market analysis into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions
Identify and evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and investment avenues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, mitigate risks, and execute strategic initiatives
Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor strategic initiative effectiveness
Report performance updates and optimization recommendations to executive leadership
Foster strategic thinking and alignment across departments and business units
Cascade strategic objectives throughout the organization with senior leadership
Conduct scenario planning, stress testing, and risk assessments
Develop contingency plans to safeguard organizational resilience
Build relationships with investors, board members, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
Represent the organization in strategic discussions, conferences, and networking events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required
MBA preferred
At least 10 years of experience in corporate strategy or related roles, or 5+ years of management consulting
Experience in a matrixed organization preferred
Demonstrated people leadership experience required
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a dynamic environment
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscapes
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
