Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a structured dairy manufacturing management curriculum

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, food science, ag business, animal science, supply chain, operations management, or an agriculture-related field
  • Expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027
  • Demonstrated leadership in school, academic, or industry-related clubs
  • Willingness to relocate for the program and upon program completion
  • Effective decision-making and ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees, and management at all levels
  • Ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrated safety awareness, quality orientation, and focus on process improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and non-standard hours as required
  • Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, and operating heavy machinery
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • Previous exposure to dairy manufacturing or a general production environment preferred
