About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment according to the established plan
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or control failures and perform necessary repairs
Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare-part usage
Ensure availability and proper functioning of tools and measuring equipment
Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve technical issues affecting equipment performance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and energy-efficiency programs
Report deviations or unsafe conditions in a timely manner
Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area using 5S

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics and/or equivalent position experience
2 to 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
Experience interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is desirable
Programming knowledge in PLCs
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and electricity
Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Diagnosis and repair of industrial machinery
Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams
Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and process control
English 50%
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Proactive attitude, organization, and discipline
