About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and oversee strategic client accounts and ensure timely, accurate order delivery
  • Serve as the primary contact for complex or high-risk clients
  • Anticipate issues and propose proactive solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, distribution, service programs, and technical support teams
  • Review, approve, and adjust high-impact orders using iChange and related tools
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, internal policies, IMS requirements, and ISO standards
  • Mentor and support other client account representatives
  • Participate in order-management process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with strategic clients, partners, and distributors
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, delivery times, order accuracy, complaints, returns, and service KPIs
  • Manage risks and contingency plans for critical or high-value orders
  • Report department performance, recurring issues, and optimization proposals to management
  • Participate in tool implementations, system integrations, and cross-departmental projects
  • Maintain complete, current, audit-compliant order and customer documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or order management in B2B or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and order management and CRM tools
  • Experience coordinating multiple departments and tracking complex logistics, billing, and distribution processes
  • Experience in conflict resolution, customer negotiation, and handling critical order or delivery situations
  • Extensive knowledge of order management, distribution, and customer logistics processes
  • In-depth knowledge of Landis+Gyr products and technical services
  • Familiarity with iChange and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of customer-management policies, contracts, and legal procedures
  • Understanding of IQMS and ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001, and 22301 standards
  • Excellent Spanish written and verbal communication skills; English is additionally desirable
  • Ability to analyze order information, performance metrics, and customer trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time and quality objectives
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, internal ERP systems, customer/order databases, and KPI tracking platforms
