About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop deep expertise across investment operations, portfolio analytics, reporting, performance, risk, cash management, private assets, allocations, and data workflows
- Gain and maintain comprehensive understanding of Sesame functionality, workflows, configuration options, and limitations
- Contribute to workshops, documentation, Academy content, and use-case libraries
- Design scalable client solutions aligned with operational requirements and best practices
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Identify workflow optimisation opportunities
- Enable Client Success, Client Delivery, Support, Sales, and Data Operations teams
- Build and maintain KBs, SOPs, UCLs, and Academy content
- Deliver client-specific training and workshops
- Lead demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pre and post sales
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex workflow issues
- Act as a structured feedback channel to Product Management
- Perform testing of new functionality and releases
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation capabilities
- Identify workflows suitable for automation
- Reduce manual effort through reusable configurations and automation
- Participate in presales discussions and assessments
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Deliver relevant professional services engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years’ experience within investment operations, SaaS fintech, portfolio analytics, or related financial technology environments
- Strong understanding of investment products and asset classes
- Experience working with software platforms, workflows, and operational processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency tooling
