About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build scalable dbt models and context describing the business, powering self-serve analytics
  • Work with and expand the foundational data stack: Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Hex
  • Connect data from Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Postgres, and other sources into the BigQuery warehouse
  • Build dashboards tracking progress against company goals and KPIs
  • Analyze product usage and operational data to surface insights about customer health, adoption, and revenue
  • Develop and leverage deep understanding of business metrics to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Enable business teams to diagnose issues, uncover opportunities, and drive success using data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience in a related role (analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar)
  • Technical proficiency in BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, Segment (or similar tools)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to synthesize findings effectively
  • Curiosity and a strong business sense
  • Startup DNA and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Self-directed and able to work without process or oversight
  • Must answer whether sponsorship will be required to legally work in the U.S.
