About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Core Platform Team as its dedicated Product Manager
- Identify, validate, deliver, and support initiatives within the Core Platform ecosystem
- Build new products and functionalities while maintaining existing products
- Enable customers to connect, automate, and scale multilingual content workflows
- Own product outcomes and solve real customer problems
- Collaborate with engineering, product leadership, commercial teams, customer success, support, strategic partners, and development partners
- Define and deliver products that create measurable customer and business value
- Develop a deep understanding of the TMS, customer workflows, integration challenges, market opportunities, and language technology ecosystem
- Establish and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for TMS
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and scalability
- Improve adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction of existing features and functionalities
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, customers, and product peers
- Balance innovation with operational excellence
- Drive measurable impact through adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and commercial success
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and delivery through launch, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Product Manager comfortable operating in a highly technical environment
- Experience and knowledge working with platform services, microservices, reporting, backoffice integrations, AI integrations, or similar products
- Practice continuous discovery and understanding products, workflows, and problems
- Ability to evaluate opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, viability, and strategic alignment
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and discuss technical concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of prioritization between new product development and ongoing maintenance obligations
- Ability to use data, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform decisions
- Clear communication and ability to influence commercial, technical, and leadership stakeholders
- Ownership of outcomes rather than simply delivering features
- Experience driving product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution
- Comfortable managing complexity and making decisions in ambiguous environments
