About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of programs from order placement through completion, ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives are met
- Develop and monitor action plans and associated risk analyses
- Manage the financial performance of projects: budget, activity forecasts, and financial results
- Monitor and communicate internal performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead progress review routines and coordinate the various functions involved in the programs
- Act as the interface with external customers and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Contribute to calls for tender and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree or significant experience gained in an industrial environment
- Experience in project management, program management, or cross-functional coordination
- Sound knowledge of industrial processes and matrix organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Professional English required, minimum B2 level
- Ability to analyze risks and manage a program’s financial aspects
- Cross-functional leadership, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
