About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prepare cost estimates, and develop schedules for test equipment projects
  • Define test strategies and lead the design of the selected technical solutions
  • Ensure the qualification and validation of test equipment
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain configuration management for test software, bills of materials, and electrical schematics
  • Provide Level 2 technical support to production sites and address obsolescence issues
  • Develop and implement improvements to automate and optimize production test performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of industry experience, ideally in the development of test benches or test equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of industrial environments and awareness of quality, validation, and production requirements
  • Excellent analytical, summarization, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is essential
