About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design of supply chain and logistics software for a federal health customer
- Define the target architecture for a large federal health supply chain platform and the path from current systems
- Produce current-state and future-state models for delivery teams
- Stay ahead of delivery teams on shared foundations, integration points, and technical enablers
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to turn operational needs into technical direction
- Keep designs within the customer's security, identity, and accessibility standards
- Own the technical direction and stay close to implementation to ensure designs are buildable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-class systems, including target-state architecture for legacy modernization
- Hands-on architecture modeling in DoDAF and UAF
- Experience working within Agile at scale (SAFe preferred)
- Cloud migration architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or hybrid) for legacy applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust)
- Applicants need to be a US Citizen
- Must have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements
