About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier engineering talent
- Own the top of the funnel for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles, focusing on Autonomy, Machine Learning, and Executive hiring
- Partner with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiting Manager
- Conduct market analysis
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Align high-caliber talent to engineering teams
- Use Findem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and alternative channels to source passive talent
- Design outreach messages and maintain an active pipeline
- Attend intake meetings and help calibrate job requirements
- Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation dynamics
- Conduct initial technical screens
- Provide candidate hand-offs to recruiters with detailed screen notes
- Maintain ATS data hygiene
- Track pipeline conversion metrics and optimize outreach performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technical acumen
- Preferred familiarity with Machine Learning, Autonomous Vehicles, or complex hardware/software systems
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI-driven sourcing platforms such as Findem
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing efficiency and outreach personalization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of delivering a high-touch, candidate-centric experience
- Ability to evaluate technical scope and candidate motivations in a fluid, conversational screen without relying on rigid scripts
