About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the administrative side of onboarding for every new staff member from offer acceptance through their first weeks
Prepare, send, and track onboarding paperwork, accounts, and required steps
Keep new staff and supervisors informed throughout onboarding with timely communication and resources
Initiate and track background checks for all new hires through completion
Keep staff background checks current according to Launch Global procedures and send renewals before expiration
Assign abuse awareness training through Ministry Safe to new hires and staff on the renewal schedule
Follow up until training is complete and maintain accurate completion and expiration records
Ensure every Goer Training Team participant completes a background check and abuse awareness training through MinistrySafe
Coordinate with Goer Training Team leaders on participant lists and timelines
Track participant status and follow up on outstanding requirements
Administer Launch Global's membership and account with MinistrySafe and other third-party safety providers
Apply child safety policies and procedures consistently across staff and Goer Training Team participants
Stay current on child safety best practices

Requirements
