About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cast vision to national believers for the Great Commission, multiplication, and church planting movements
  • Model evangelism and disciple-making with national believers
  • Mobilize, train, and coach national believers in CPM/UPG mindsets, methodologies, and tools
  • Learn CPM tools and best practices and consult CPM practitioners to inform team strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith
  • Must agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission
  • Must demonstrate Launch Global, character, and biblical values in the Launch Global Staff Handbook
  • Must participate in child safety training upon hire and similar employment-related requirements
  • Must raise and maintain personal support
  • Must learn the local language to the fluency level required to understand local culture and worldview
  • Track record of achieving results through prayer, humility, and bold faith
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including prioritization
