About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products
Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals
Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise
Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet throughout most of the shift
Accurately process customer payments and perform cashier duties
Maintain product knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities
Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role
