About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products
Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals
Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise
Lift and carry shoes and boxes, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Remain on feet throughout most of the shift

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities
