About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership
Drive the store's daily performance and inspire a team of employees
Ensure seamless customer service delivery
Manage inventory and restocking processes
Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards
Oversee scheduling, opening and closing procedures, store systems, and operational processes
Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. to support peak store operations
Implement sales performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals
Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
Ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
Sense of confidentiality and urgency
Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required
