About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the store team
Drive sales, improve customer service, and foster employee growth
Ensure high-quality visual merchandising, product presentation, and store layout
Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees
Oversee inventory management, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and daily retail operations
Maintain store organization, manage product displays, and restock shelves
Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and performance expectations
Resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
Address store operations and loss prevention issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Strong team leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills for inventory, staffing, and store operations
Sales management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and maintain confidentiality
Proactive approach to store operations and loss prevention issues
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Prior retail manager, restaurant manager, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Sales skills and proven ability to meet retail targets
Visual merchandising experience is a plus
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
