About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage high-stakes legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Prepare and review legal and corporate documentation, including agreements, contracts, and decisions of companies’ constitutional bodies
- Respond accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct advanced legal research and implement relevant legal changes
- Present documentation, including reports, graphs, and diagrams, to pinpoint problems and find solutions
- Maintain accurate project development records and data files
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Law (BSc) or Master degree (MA)
- 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical company will be considered as an asset
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language
- Computer literacy
- Good knowledge of the structure, implementation and operation of corporate compliance programs preferably in the healthcare setting
