About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Fearless courtroom presence.
  • Ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
  • Highly organized advocate experienced in family law hearings and estate / guardianship proceedings.
  • Experience with initial consultations, drafting pleadings, and discovery.
  • Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
