Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Texas bar license held for a minimum of 2 years
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas family law litigation experience
  • Courtroom advocacy experience
  • Ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure
  • Highly organized and experienced in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings
  • Experience from initial consultations through drafting pleadings and discovery
  • Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems
