Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation
  • Fearless presence in the courtroom
  • Ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure
  • Highly organized advocate experienced in family law hearings and estate / guardianship proceedings
  • Experience from initial consults through drafting pleadings and discovery
  • Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems
