About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas; five or more years highly preferred
  • Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years
  • Solid research and writing skills
  • Passion for conducting hearings, working in the courtroom, and handling mediations and consults
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting/client management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Ability to draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
