About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
  • Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, request supporting documentation, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital case files
  • Manage and update legal case management and CRM systems, including PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com
  • Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, workflow management, and case strategy implementation
  • Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, organization, and workflow efficiency
  • Meet established expectations for quality, productivity, responsiveness, and client service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases (required)
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and managing U.S. immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
  • Experience using legal case management and CRM software is required, including platforms such as Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile, or similar systems
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and productivity expectations in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work product and efficiency is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a backup power solution to ensure consistent availability during power outages
