About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
- Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer data records
- Take payments and handle collections
- Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in telephone customer interactions

- Friendly and enjoy meeting new people
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Candidates must live in the North Houston area
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is addressed in the application
