About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, organize, and cross-reference data from different systems and information sources
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses
- Analyze revenue, margin, cost, productivity, and profitability metrics
- Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop studies, forecasts, and simulations to support strategic decision-making
- Turn data into practical recommendations for leadership and business teams
- Monitor the implementation of recommended actions and their results
- Automate recurring analyses and reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
- Assess improvements to data generation and analysis tools
- Research and recommend solutions and vendors to advance data intelligence capabilities
- Report directly to the Director of Technology, Systems, and Support
- Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams
- Act in a consultative and strategic capacity by proposing improvements, recommending actions, and monitoring their implementation
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s tools, processes, and performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business-focused data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and cross-referencing databases
- Experience with data processing, validation, and interpretation
- Knowledge of financial and operational metrics
- Ability to turn analyses into practical recommendations for decision-making
- Strong ability to work with different teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred: experience with Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools
- Preferred: knowledge of automation and systems integration
- Preferred: experience with ERP, CRM, and API integrations
- Preferred: experience in services, corporate travel, or events companies
- Preferred: experience with pricing, profitability, customer portfolios, or operational efficiency
