About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct due diligence services, including audit engagements, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence
  • Perform on-site or remote engagements contracted by banks or lenders for clients needing lines of credit from under one million dollars to as much as one billion dollars
  • Conduct audits focused on company collateral, typically accounts receivable and inventory
  • Understand complex concepts and information related to collateral audits
  • Input examination findings into Excel templates
  • Produce comprehensive written reports for lenders describing results and listing findings or exceptions
  • Interact professionally with clients through calls and meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, required
  • 2-4 years of ABL work experience preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new things
  • Naturally inquisitive on topics relating to transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction programs
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Flexibility for travel up to 40%
  • Ability to travel to the United States for an initial training period of at least 90 days
  • Position based in the United Kingdom
