About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct due diligence services, including audit engagements, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence
  • Perform on-site or remote engagements for clients needing lines of credit ranging from under one million dollars to one billion dollars
  • Conduct audits focused on company collateral, typically accounts receivable and inventory
  • Understand complex concepts or information related to collateral audits
  • Input examination findings into Excel templates
  • Produce comprehensive written reports for lenders describing results and listing findings or exceptions
  • Interact professionally with clients through calls and meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • ABL experience is required
  • Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn new things
  • Naturally inquisitive on all topics relating to transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, Monarch, or other data extraction programs
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Must be willing to train in Tampa, FL for 1+ weeks
  • Comfortable conducting on-site or remote engagements
  • Masters preferred
