About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support legacy technology systems and maintain technical infrastructure
- Provide technical analysis and ensure overall operations and automation
- Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
- Analyze legacy applications and business processes/functions
- Support assigned legacy applications/systems
- Maintain databases to ensure continued operation of legacy applications
- Work with departments to ensure legacy applications operate as expected
- Monitor supported systems and service levels
- Perform system administration for proper configuration and system integrity
- Support maintenance and data extracts of legacy data
- Assist with data archiving and system shutdown during decommissioning of targeted legacy applications
- Maintain accurate system configuration documentation
- Prepare programming and/or integration specifications
- Ensure timely follow-through and escalation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of hands-on experience with the support of LCMC Health’s legacy application systems, programming, and/or system integration support
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other related field of study
- Proof of citizenship or immigration status required to verify lawful right to work in the United States
