About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product vision and build an ambitious, clear, and prioritized roadmap
- Manage, structure, and develop a team of three Product Managers
- Ensure delivery commitments are met, track KPIs, and maximize the value created
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and other company functions
- Actively contribute to the company’s development decisions and strategic direction
- Play a central role in product strategy and support the growth of the Product organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Head of Product, Product Director, Product Lead, or Lead Product Manager
- Significant experience managing a Product team
- Strong experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in roadmap management, prioritization, and delivery
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with Engineering teams
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in product performance metrics
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to develop a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to make trade-offs, make decisions, and bring stakeholders on board
- Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatism, and results orientation
