About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead industrialisation projects for new products, from feasibility studies through to production launch on automated lines
- Work with R&D teams from the design stage to ensure products meet manufacturing and automation requirements
- Define, design and continuously improve production equipment and systems
- Provide technical expertise in electronics and industrialisation to resolve complex issues involving equipment and production lines
- Optimise manufacturing methods and processes to improve productivity, reliability and cost control
- Manage budgets related to industrial equipment, contribute to investment planning and monitor implementation
- Manage and support a team of three industrialisation engineers
- Work with the Group’s international stakeholders on technical matters, industrialisation projects and collaboration with R&D teams
- Ensure the continuity and transfer of the site’s technical know-how
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level experience in industrialisation
- Strong technical expertise, with the ability to lead experienced engineers and address complex issues
- Strong knowledge of electronics
- Experience with automated production lines
- Proficiency in industrialisation methods, feasibility studies and industrial project management
- Ability to address operational technical issues directly
- Experience in people management or technical leadership
- Advanced professional English
- Availability to work full-time on site, without a regular remote-working arrangement
- Experience in manufacturing electronic products or complex technical equipment is a plus
- A background combining industrialisation, manufacturing engineering and industrial maintenance is a plus
- Experience assembling or commissioning automated production lines is a plus
- Experience working in international industrial environments and matrix organisations is a plus
