About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously refine the AI-adoption strategy within Risk
- Partner with risk program leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of dashboards, agents, and tools
- Support warehousing of key enterprise data, ensuring data is accessed, sanitized, and maintained using industry best practices and automation
- Develop, maintain, and execute capacity planning across Enterprise Risk teams
- Provide regular capacity updates to Senior Management and oversight committees
- Own centralized and cross-functional OKR tracking and progress reporting
- Manage change-management requirements through impact analysis and stakeholder coordination
- Develop program-level KPI reporting, including monthly operational overviews for execution-based risk programs
- Sequence and prioritize risk program initiatives based on dependencies, resourcing, regulatory priority, and capacity
- Build risk dashboards for the Bank’s fintech partnerships using automation and AI-native capabilities
- Benchmark industry trends, peer practices, and emerging regulatory guidance
- Translate findings into a prioritized roadmap for program improvement and cross-functional collaboration
- Prepare and deliver governance materials for risk committees
- Enhance the format and content of committee information with cross-functional stakeholders
- Connect Risk, Compliance, and senior leadership by surfacing issues and aligning priorities
- Coordinate data acquisition and analysis for bank examinations, audits, and risk and compliance projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related governance/reporting function
- Experience ideally within banking, fintech, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS)
- Proficiency using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Glean
- Track record of building or owning centralized reporting frameworks, KRIs/KPIs, or executive dashboards consolidating data from multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Experience developing or contributing to strategic roadmaps and translating high-level priorities into structured, trackable plans
- Working understanding of banking regulations and supervisory guidance relevant to enterprise risk governance, including OCC, Fed, and FDIC guidance
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort preparing and presenting materials directly to senior leadership and committees
- Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving governance and reporting needs
