About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with staff who may not be completing case file documentation, their self-managed teams, and the administrative team
- Monitor data to ensure staff documentation is completed timely in Procentive EHR and other data reporting systems
- Communicate directly and kindly with staff regarding documentation and quality reporting concerns
- Request assistance to support and guide staff through difficult performance situations
- Remain flexible with the work schedule when staff need to discuss concerns outside regular hours
- Support staff in producing quality work aligned with the Greater MN Family Services mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, such as psychology, social work, human services/human development, sociology, child development/family services, or a related field is preferred
- Must reside in Minnesota
- At least 5 years in a human service-related field
- Extensive background in effective communication, problem solving, and detail orientation
- Must be able to problem solve issues effectively
- Must understand the importance of confidentiality in the workplace
