About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be fully accountable for assigned France Renault programme(s)
- Establish and build effective customer interfaces at all levels of the business
- Develop programme timing plans to match internal and external customer requirements
- Manage tooling timing and budget (PFA) to support programme milestones
- Work closely with manufacturing plants to ensure all elements are controlled
- Use financial tracking tools to control, track, and report programme status to Senior Management through the Lear Gateway (LEAR Pro) system
- Own and progress OI roadmaps to achieve CTO targets
- Ensure programmes are effectively controlled and lead recovery plans when needed
- Lead resolution of issues and conflicts
- Work closely with other functions, such as Sales, to ensure a unified approach
- Focus the team on programme delivery and customer sign-off (PPAP approval)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven Project/Programme Management experience
- Proven people management skills
- Familiar with automotive processes and procedures
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Ability to motivate a team and drive problem resolution through a hands-on approach
- Understanding of APQP processes and deliverables
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in France
