About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter and manage all student information within the CRM platform
  • Review required student documents and collect missing information
  • Communicate with school district personnel regarding approval for students' academic services
  • Collect students' schoolwork from school district personnel
  • Communicate by phone, email, and/or fax
  • Support operational and teaching staff with CRM information and required report generation
  • Maintain accurate and thorough student documentation
  • Help ensure compliance and security
  • Provide follow-up assistance to the local school district
  • Work according to the traditional school-year calendar in a 10-month role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Communication majors preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
  • Proven professionalism in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be located on Oahu
  • Must be accessible by telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
